Preliminary

The association "Athletes For Transparency" (AFT) is an association governed by law from 1 July 1901. The aim of the association AFT is the development of sports in compliance with the rules and ethics.. The association AFT's mission including working with national and international organizations in charge of anti-doping. I-Principles of the Charter athlete

Article 1
The athlete commits to practice their discipline in compliance with the code of World Anti-Doping established by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) and in compliance with the fundamental principles of Olympism published in the Olympic charter establishment by the International Olympic Committee (IOC).

Article 2
Joining the program and use of the AFT platform based on volunteerism of the Athlete but nevertheless requires the acknowledgement and unconditional and total respect of all articles of this charter.

Article 3
The Athlete allow full sharing via the Internet and computing platform AFT, all biomedical data collected only under the programme AFT.

Article 4
The Athlete committed when using a prescription under a Authorization of Use for purposes Therapeutics (AUT) to complete the corresponding procedure before the first terminal and allows the dissemination of the so-called prescription via Internet the intermediary of the platform AFT.. All other requirements which may benefit the athlete and which do not justify a TUE, is not subject to any distribution by AFT.

Article 5
The Athlete undertakes to convey during his registration and update the procedure corresondante all its phone numbers, postal and e-mail addresses to its location.. All these details is available on the platform AFT only Athlete and the site administrators.

Article 6
The Athlete undertakes to carry out all the analyses requested by the association AFT. The maximum number of procedures which may be submitted an athlete can not exceed 10 tests over a period of 12 consecutive months.

Article 7
The Athlete undertakes to carry out the analyses requested in the 48 hours following the sending by email and / or SMS of notification of the analysis procedure.

Article 8
The athlete is free to terminate at any time its commitment to the programme AFT by the corresponding procedure.. In case of a voluntary program by the AFT Athlete, no refund will be made by the association AFT.

Article 9
The development and scientific management program AFT and the overall procurement analyses are entrusted to the association AFT. The development and management of the platform AFT and all organizational procedures are entrusted by the association AFT the company Alter Systems.


II-Violations of the charter of the charter athlete

Article 10
. In case of non-completion of an analysis within 5 days of notification by email and / or SMS, the words "unrealized" will be given on the form of individual athlete in front of the analysis in question. III-Duration and renewal of the charter athlete

Article 11
This charter is concluded for a period of one year.. It is tacitly renewed, subject to annual regulation by the athlete or one third the amount of its accession to the AFT program. Any amendment to this charter will  require a new validation by the athlete.

Article 12
. This charter is subject to the French law. Any dispute regarding its performance or its interpretation will be submitted to the French courts.
